Hey bajee's Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Members

Hey bajee follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure platform security. Identity verification may be required before making a withdrawal or for large deposits. A national ID card or passport image must be submitted to complete KYC verification.

General Bonus Terms

Hey bajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

Before closing an account, hey bajee will generally notify the member via email or SMS. However, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken.

Members may request to close their hey bajee account at any time. Any valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses) will be refunded upon closure.
